Retubing Heat Exchangers

AWe offer complete heat exchanger retubing service. We do retube, service, and repair heat exchangers to our customers. Retubing work involves removal of damaged, worn out tubes, prepare the tube sheets and tube sheet holes for expansion or welding. New tubes are inserted and welding/expansion is done. Finally hydraulic pressure test is done as per standard practice. We also accept if our customers supply the new tubes. Purpose of Retubing work is to reduce the cost of buying new heat exchanger as in most of the heat exchanger, tubes will be corroded. Other parts will be in good condition.
